On this final night in Dominican Republic the Joy of the Lord hit the place from the beginning - Pastor Adonica taught sowing in famine - Pastor Rodney gave an altar call - Pastor Rodney explained purpose of power is to be a witness and trained everyone to win souls - then laid hands on everyone.
