Are You Deterred or Determined
As a born-again child of God, you are called to occupy and to multiply that which He has given you. This will be accomplished by you living in the Word, conforming to the Word, and proclaiming the Word. Do not draw back; go forward and occupy. You will fulfill God's mandate for your life only by submitting to Him daily. As you do, much fruit will come forth. Lives will be touched, souls will be saved, and great will be the reward for God's Word is true. Matthew 5:6 declares, "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." Hebrews 11:6 reads, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." In pursuing the things of God, you will not be turned away empty handed and empty hearted. Set your affection on things above. Go after souls.
