Raised Up

On February 27, 2002 I came here to The River for the first time and pastor Eric Gonyon called me out and prophesied over me and the call of God on my life. He talked about miracles and healings God would work through my life. Then he prayed the same anointing on his ministry over me and went to lay hands on me, but I don't think think he got his hands on me before the power of God knocked me to the floor.
At that time my Grandfather had been in a coma; on life support after a major stroke. Doctors said if he'd live, he'd be a vegetable. He was in a coma for 6 weeks. He was considered dead on a machine keeping him alive. They gave him 1 week to live, as the decision was made to take him off the machine. They did and I prayed for him night and day. Three days later he came out of the coma and after he came home, he was totally raised up and is still doing well today. After that miracle, I knew I didn't want anything else, but to share the love and power of Jesus with whosoever needs him.
