Foundation Scripture:
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. Ephesians 1:7 KJV
1. The Blood Still Speaks.
a. The Blood of Jesus has never lost its voice.
b. It has not weakened with time.
c. It has not been replaced by explanation; nor surpassed by revelation.
d. The Blood still speaks—and Heaven still listens.
e. Hebrews 12:24 KJV –– And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
f. The evangelist understands this: when the Blood is preached, eternity responds.
2. The Blood Is the Center of Redemption.
a. There is no Gospel without the Blood.
b. The Cross was not merely an example.
c. The death of Jesus was not symbolic.
d. The shedding of Blood was not optional.
e. Hebrews 9:22 KJV –– …without shedding of blood is no remission.
f. Sin demanded payment and justice required satisfaction.
g. Mercy flowed through sacrifice.
h. The Blood is the legal foundation of salvation.
3. Why the Blood Is Avoided Today.
a. Many avoid preaching the Blood because it offends carnal human reasoning.
b. Blood speaks of:
- Guilt
- Judgment
- Sacrifice
- Accountability
c. Heaven never removed the Blood from the message—people did.
d. Leviticus 17:11 KJV –– For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
e. Remove the Blood and you remove life from the message.
f. What remains is religion without redemption.
4. The Blood Answers Sin Completely.
a. Sin is not reformed by education; nor cured by effort.
b. Sin is washed away.
c. 1 John 1:7 KJV –– But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
d. The Blood does what no sermon, system, or self-help plan can do.
e. It erases guilt, removes condemnation, and restores fellowship with God.
f. The evangelist does not negotiate with sin—he applies the Blood.
5. The Blood Silences the Accuser.
a. The enemy accuses, but the Blood answers.
b. Revelation 12:11 KJV –– And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…
c. Satan cannot argue with the Blood.
d. Demons cannot withstand the Blood.
e. Condemnation collapses under the Blood.
f. This is why evangelists preach it boldly.
g. The Blood settles every charge.
6. The Blood Opens the Door to God.
a. Access to God is not earned—it is granted through the Blood.
b. Hebrews 10:19 KJV –– Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus.
c. Prayer has authority because of the Blood.
d. Worship has access because of the Blood.
e. The Fire of God falls because of the Blood.
f. Everything flows through the Blood.
7. The Blood Produces Bold Evangelism.
a. Evangelists who understand the Blood preach without hesitation.
b. They know:
- The price has been paid
- The victory is settled
- The verdict is final
c. Romans 5:9 KJV –– Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
d. Boldness is not arrogance—it is confidence in redemption completed.
8. The Blood Must Be Applied, Not Just Admired.
a. The Blood is not merely doctrine—it must be applied by faith.
b. Romans 3:25 KJV –– Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.
c. The evangelist leads people to believe, confess, and receive.
d. Salvation is not mental agreement—it is a spiritual transaction.
e. When faith meets the Blood, redemption is complete.
9. The Blood Produces Holy Living.
a. Grace does not excuse sin; the Blood delivers from it.
b. 1 Corinthians 6:20 KJV –– For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
c. Those washed in the Blood do not belong to themselves; they belong to God.
d. Holiness is not legalism—it is gratitude expressed through obedience.
10. The Blood Will Be Celebrated Forever.
a. The Blood is not temporary; it is eternal.
b. Revelation 5:9 KJV –– And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation.
c. Heaven sings about the Blood and eternity honors the Blood.
d. The Lamb is remembered forever by His sacrifice.
e. Why should the evangelist ever be ashamed of what Heaven celebrates?
11. The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power.
a. The Blood still saves; the Blood still cleanses; the Blood still speaks.
b. And the evangelist will never remove from the message what God placed at the center of redemption.
c. Because when the Blood is preached, souls are saved, chains are broken, and Heaven’s verdict is enforced on earth.
