Asia Update ... 2 Cities Already!

Publish date: 09/17/2019

Greetings from Hiroshima, Japan!

We have had a great start to the 11-city run across Alaska and Asia! We started Sunday night in Anchorage, Alaska! It was phenomenal! The place was packed with hungry people until there was standing room only! There were 646 people in attendance, 262 in the altars, and 390 mobilized to win the harvest! From there, we flew to Iwakuni, Japan, which is an hour south of Hiroshima, where we had another powerful meeting last night. The power of God hit the place and people were touched and healed. Many children were also powerfully touched, which was a highlight for me. It truly was an upper room meeting, as the meeting was held on the second floor. There were 92 in attendance, 57 in the altars, and 73 mobilized for the harvest!

The way the meeting in Japan came together, was absolutely divinely orchestrated! Pastor Bryan Backus, from West Virginia, came down to our Ministers’ Conference three years ago. He is a retired sheriff, but felt the call of God to go to Japan. Several years later, while Pastor Bryan was studying for the ministry in West Virginia, he received a post to be a chaplain on the military base of Iwakuni, Japan. As we were in the process of setting up the Asia tour, about five weeks ago, Pastor Bryan called and told me that he was moving to Japan. We were initially planning to go to Tokyo, but I asked him if he could host us instead. He said that he didn’t have a church building on the military base but would try to find something. He also reminded me that Pastor James Marocco, from King’s Cathedral in Maui, has three churches in Iwakuni as well. Two of these pastors had already been touched in our previous meetings in Maui, Hawaii. I called Pastor Marocco, and the three congregations began to work together to prepare for the meetings. Unfortunately, none of them had a building big enough to accommodate the service.

In the meantime, Pastor Backus arrived in Japan, expecting to use a facility on the base. However, he ended up with a church in the town of Iwakuni, with his own building! This is absolutely divine favor, because he has been in Japan less than two months. All four churches came together, in his church, for the meeting last night. The other divine appointment was my interpreter for the evening. He was first touched in our meetings at Oral Roberts University (ORU) in 1993, when he was just 19 years old. It was such a blessing for us to be able work with three different sets of people, who had already been previously impacted through our ministry and to see the fruit of the work of the Holy Spirit through their lives and ministries!

We are currently working on six different locations—in different cities—for the next time we visit Japan on our 300-City tour.

Please keep us in your prayers, as we continue this run to several more cities in Asia, and be a part with us as we carry this great Gospel to the ends of the earth.

Sunday morning at The Main Event was epic! I taught a message on "The Vow of Prosperity," before we left to catch our flight to Anchorage, Alaska. I taught the church on blessing and took everyone through a vow of prosperity. If you missed being here on Sunday, you can watch the replay.

Written below is also a vow of prosperity that you can decide to decree today!

"I VOW never to be poor and indigent again since my Father created the wealth of this planet for me to enjoy. I VOW never to be unable to reach out and lift others in need. God is in me, and He is rich. I VOW to always appropriate God’s BEST in life so that I can enjoy His abundance myself, and so I can share His abundance with others in need. The Lord is my shepherd; I will not want. My cup runs over (Psalm 23:1-5)." Excerpt from The Power of Positive Desire by T.L. Osborn

Please make plans to join us this October 20-27, 2019 in Tampa, Florida, for our fall Ministers' & Leaders' Conference. The theme for this conference is "There is a Sound."

There is a supernatural sound! You hear it in the spirit and then it manifests in the natural. For some, that sound has not been released yet; but it will be. There shall be a sound that will come forth, and that sound will astound many. There is a sound that must be released out of you. It must come by the Holy Ghost. Everybody needs to take their place and do their part. It’s the Army of the Lord. I hear the sound of the army—marching to the beat of a different drum—because we hear the sound of Heaven! Our prayer for you this next week is that you would be overtaken by the blessing of heaven—upon your life; upon your home; upon your marriage; upon your children. That everything you do and everything around you would be blessed because greater is He that is in you than he that is the world. You are ambassadors of the kingdom of Heaven, and you represent the kingdom of God.

We love and appreciate you and are praying for you.

Many blessings,
Drs. Rodney & Adonica Howard-Browne
